•   ORDERS
 
    microStitchery reserves the right to refuse any order and will follow with a complete refund in Canadian Dollars.

When purchasing any items from microStitchery please remember that all items on the microStitchery Web site may not be redistributed or reproduced in any format. These items and the end result of the items are not for commercial use. In plain English this means you can only use the items for yourself, you cannot make copies of the items, nor can you make any money from the items or the end results. PLEASE RESPECT THIS COPYRIGHT. This policy came into effect on March 12, 2012.
 
•   MINIMUM ORDERS
 
    There is a $15.00 minimum order limit, not including shipping and handling.
 
•   METHODS OF PAYMENT
 
    Worldwide– My preference is PayPal for its ease of use.

And if you have the patience for a personal cheque to clear (Canada and US only), that is also acceptable ... I will be in touch to let you know your order will be on its way.

    There will be a $55.00 charge on all personal returned cheques.
 
•   SHIPPING & HANDLING
 
    Shipping and handling charges are automatically calculated by the shopping cart and included in your final total. All orders are shipped using Canada Post. All orders are shipped Air Mail. Canadian-bound orders are handled in that good old Canada Post way! If you are ordering many items and find your shipping rate to be too high, do not hesitate to contact me and your shipping rate can be discussed.
 
    International orders are also shipped by Canada Post Air Mail with such charges paid by the customer. Unless specifically requested, we do not insure packages and there is no tracking service at the postal rates we are using. Insurance and or tracking charges start at an additional $14.50 CDN and will be added to your balance due. We are not responsible for damaged or lost packages shipped without insurance. You are responsible for any taxes, duty, or customs fees for your country.
 
    Once packages leave our hands we have no control over them. Experience tells us that domestic delivery can take anywhere from 8 days to 4 to 6 weeks and International from 10 days to 4 to 8 weeks. We have found that orders to anywhere in Russia can take up to 3 months to arrive at its final destination. Please be patient if your parcel doesn’t arrive as quickly as you’d like.
 
    Shipping is out of Pointe Claire, Quebec Canada, H9S 5J1 by Joy Perkins. If you have any inquiries regarding the shipping date of
your order, please contact Joy.
•   RETURN POLICY
 
   
If you wish to return items you must contact us via e-mail before-hand.

Items may be returned for refund within 30 days of receipt (less shipping and handling two ways) as long as they are in the same condition in which they were shipped.

I truly aim to please, so if you aren't, I want to hear about it, just don't yell because you just never know what could be going on in someone else's life, meaning my life ...things happen and sometimes we have no control.
