Kits for Petitpoint Slippers
Please read through the description
below regarding the Slipper kits as there have been changes
made to them.
|
Petitpoint slippers! They are all worked on 48 count imported silk gauze and come in sizes for gentlemen, ladies and children.
Each kit contains silk gauze, ample DMC floss, needles, colour chart with symbols, detailed instructions for finishing, heavy paper for insoles, HeatnBond®, cotton poplin fabric for slipper linings, Doeskin Ultrasuede® for the slipper soles and even labels for the perfect finishing touch.
The slipper kits are now supplied
with enough of all the above-mentioned materials to make at least four
pairs of slippers. You can also select three other main colours
of thread so that all your slipper kits are different. All you need to
do is let me know in the Comments section of your order ... note your colour
of linings choices along with the colours you would like for the other
slippers main colours. And options too... let's say the Men's Initialled
slipper kit, you would prefer another colour as opposed to purple, you
can choose another colour, plus three more colours. A navy instead of
the purple is an excellent choice, hunter green is wonderfully classic,
Christmas red brings great tidings ... I think you get the idea!
Below are your choices of nine different colours for slipper linings. You can choose up to four different colours or four of the same colour, two of one colour, two of another colour ...whatever adds up to four. The linings for the slippers are of the highest quality thin cotton poplin and are closest matched to DMC colours to go with your slippers.

Initialled Slippers |
 Nothing is too good for the Man of the Castle and that includes footwear! Here is a Royal Purple slipper with gold-crowned shield frame to house a single initial.
An alphabet is included to stitch your desired initial in the shield. |

Ladies
Initialled Slippers and Scuffs |
 The lady of the house deserves some elegant footwear as well and these initial slippers fill the bill.
There are pink roses all over with green leaves and vines running around the sides and top of the slipper. The background is off-white. Stitch your initial on the toe from the included alphabet and you can hit the ground running.
The kit also includes the pattern/chart for the matching scuffs. |

Child’s Bunny Slippers and Scuffs |
 Carrots, carrots, carrots ... Bunny’s favourite food is decorating the sides of the slippers while Bunny, himself, is on the toe. The scuffs, of course, match.
The colours are browns, greens and orange on a yellow background. Darling! |

 This pattern was inspired by the classically famous Brooks Brothers slippers that have been around for decades and remain in good taste.
